In Vaidehi, Saa gets the elongation while in mudhal mariyaadhai vE gets elaborated and in Thanikaattu raja, all of them are short. I think he can make another few variations of the phrase with the word "rasve" alone.

It's credited to S-G in the movie "auto rAjA" (Vijayakanth) but merely a dubbed song of what Rajan Nagendra done in Kannada, as per this dhool SOTD post

The same movie had the famous IR song 'sangaththil pAdAtha kavidhai' (aka thumbi vA...gum sum gum...etc)
