I was keeping my fingers crossed till you posted about the party.
Try the garlic rolls, very easy.
You are lucky, you can get all the ingredients in the supermarkets there.
Here in Malaysia, I doubt you get ricotta cheese.
Also the Western stuffs are sooo expensive.
