Glad the kuruma was a hit,Aarthi... will ahve to try ghee rice sometime...
Gulabjamuns...I too make it a day or 2 before the party and heat it up n serve warm...
Another interesting variation is to make small balls of jamuns and once cool, add it to softened vannila ice-cream and freeze them in individual servings till set(like 8 hrs or so)... guests will be in for a surprise... I suttufied this idea from sanjeevkapoor website...
