The film is getting released in Qube format which means it will be through Satellite transmission and not by the conventional print and therefore only the theatres which are fitted with the facility to receive satellite transmission are chosen for screening, I was told by the distributor. There is a possibility that one more theatre may be added at Nagerkovil.

While speaking to the distributor Chokkalingam yesterday, I had enquired about the movie getting screened outside Tamilnadu and India and he said that the rights for the same has not been given to him nor to anybody else so far. He was guessing that probably Raj TV is waiting for the response and reception for the digital version and basis that they will quote the price it seems. That's the reason that they are not releasing it even in Bangalore where it seems the distributors were ready to lap it up for a huge amount.

Great news mr murali karnan has made a history while original release in jan 64 no other movie had so much talked befor like karnan i remember very well stream of visitors always visiting theatres just to enjoy the decorations. similarly it is creating another history now. definitely it is going to be a great success venture. not only sivaji rasigargal but also general public have started to talk of the movie. கர்ணன் சென்னையில் மட்டும் ஐந்து தியேட்டர்களில் வெளியாகிறது என்றால் என்றுமே நடிகர் திலகத்தின் புகழ் பாடும் எங்கள் மதுரையிலும் ஐந்து அரங்குகளில் வெளியாகிறது. அண்ணாமலை, மாப்பிளை விநாயகர், சரஸ்வதி, கணேஷ் மற்றும் மணி இம்பாலா என்ற ஐந்து அரங்குகளே அவை. நெல்லையில் ராம் முத்துராம் [புதிய அரங்குகள்?], நாகர்கோவிலில் வசந்தம்(?), தென்காசி பத்மம், கோவில்பட்டி - aks ஆகிய அரங்குகளில் ரிலீஸ். கோவை -கவிதா, கே.ஜி. காம்ப்ளெக்ஸ் மற்றும் ஒரு அரங்கு [சென்னை சத்யம் சினிமாஸ் நடத்தும் அரங்கு என்று கேள்விபடுகிறோம்] என்று தெரிகிறது. சேலம் நகரில் இரண்டு அரங்குகள் மற்றும் தர்மபுரி கிருஷ்ணகிரி நாமக்கல் ஆத்தூர் போன்ற நகரங்களில் வெளியாகிறது. திருச்சி மாவட்டத்து அரங்குகள் பற்றி உறுதியாக தெரியவில்லை என்றாலும் திருச்சி நகரில் ரம்பா -ஊர்வசி வளாகத்திலும் மற்றும் ஒரு அரங்கிலும் வெளியாகும் என தெரிகிறது. மொத்தமாக ஒரு 60 முதல் 70 அரங்குகள் வரை வெளியாகலாம் ஓரிரண்டு நாட்களில் முழு லிஸ்டும் கிடைக்கப் பெற்றதும் இங்கே வெளியிடப்படும்.

A Preview show was conducted for the Press and industry people yesterday evening and the scribes have responded positively it seems. They may write about the movie in the days to come. Meanwhile heard that PVR may also get added up in the list of theatres where the release will happen.
