Kochadaiyaan team goes to Kerala

Superstar Rajinikanth and his Kochadaiyaan entourage are off to Kerala tomorrow for the second schedule of the film.

Remember the London scheduled concluded a few daysback?

Soundarya Ashwin Rajinikanth who is producing and directing the film has tweeted, “Off to Kerala... Kochadaiyaan schedule 2 starts tomorrow !”

The film is the first Indian film to be made using 3D motion capture technology. A source close to the unit disclosed many important scenes could not be shot in London owing to the unavailability of the studio there.

The filmmakers then decide to head to Kerala to complete the rest of the portions. As per the buzz, nearly 90% of the talkie portions have been shot and 80 % of the songs have been composed and shot.

The shoot is going to be held in Thiruvananthapuram initially including a popular studio there and then may shift to picturesque locations in the backwaters of Kerala like Alapuzha, Kottayam and Kochi.

I recently read about Kochadaiyaan using footage of old villains (Manohar, Asokan, Veerappa, etc). I am very worried that this MAY end up being a mokkai. Nejammavey idhu nalla vandha sandhosham dhan.
