No probs, Broccoli / Spinach/Parsley are also extremely high in Iron. I suggest you boil broccoli / sprouts and eat (for healthy reasons) rather than making a curry as most of the vitamins and ant oxidants will be destroyed when you cook them!
Boiled Brussels do taste bitter, if you don’t like that, add some black pepper and some salt (not too much as excessive salt can dehydrate you, increase blood pressure and cause dizziness)

K, we do get brussel sprouts attimes here ...they call it kilai kose...I've tried a simple stir fry with it but din't quite like it...so ippolam vaangurathu illai...

K, eat dates everyday...also gooseberry if u can...I made a batch of gooseberries in brine today...
u can also try chawanprash but I'm not sure if u can get good chawanprash there... commercial ones are not tht pure/original... if u can get one from ayurveda medical store, it'll be better...

Kugan, do u have a recipe for paal ice(the milk ice on stick) tht we used to get in the 80s..it's very ahrd to find it these days...

Not entirely true anymore. It kills Vitamin C, but cooking helps too. Read here. There are other cooking myth here where I got that link.

What I meant was curries, they are hardly healthy
Except green chillies are supoosed to be good for burning fat
