    BUT, you need to be escorted by a local to discover the treasure hidden within the island!
    Did you go to the waterfall temple? before batu caves became popular this was the place for thaipusam - where the whole city transforms for the three days.
    I guess you must have to the usual places of snake temple, kek lok si, batu feringghi, etc...

    Yes and a couple other Buddha temples - reclining Buddha etc. And a Hindu temple in Thanneermalai. V nice indeed. Did not go (or know) about the waterfall temple. May be in future trips. Would love to go there again + Thailand the next time.
