Calling plum, AM and all other terrorists!
Part-1:
Film F1 directed by D1 is based on the novel N1 written by A1. (non-thamizh)
Film F2 directed by D1 is based on the novel N2 written by A2.
Actress L1 who starred in F1 also acted in film F3 based on novel N3 written by A3.
Film F4 directed by D1 featured actor H1 and music director M1.
Later, H1 and M1 worked in a film that has a certain connection to A2.
Part-2
Film F5 was a remake of F1 in which actress L2 played the role originally played by L1. (non-thamizh)
L2 was the heroine in film F6 directed by D2; the latter’s next film F7’s female lead track shares a common thread with F1 and F5.
D2 has another 'indirect' connection with F1. What is it?

Same question. Is non-thamizh (in 2 places) only for the last variable or the whole line?

F1, F5, N1: non-thamizh works.
F1 & N1 share the same title.
Clue: another non-thamizh version of F1/F5 was a big success commercially.

next clue/part 3, which ever way you want to look at it
One of H1's films F8 had M1 for the BGM alone.
M1's last film F9 was directed by the same guy who made this - 'H1 and M1 worked in a film that has a certain connection to A2'.
