paththukku paththu. Could have been paththukku nooRu if SPB/KJY/MV had sung. Sheer delight this song is. Certainly in my top 25 Raaja. And a special mention for Raaja's imaginative/perfectly fitting lyrics.

Been listening to a lot of *light* folk these days (late 80s / early 90s) like thaanaa vantha santhanamE / vanamellaam shenbagappoo / kaattukkuyil paattu solla / indha ammanukku / Pandi naattu thangam songs etc., I can't get enough of this *phase*. NEPV medhuvaa varattum
