My Data Manager, its really helpful in tracking the data usage. You can set your Monthly cycle date and your limit for example 200 MB. It will give you how much you have used and the remaining %, its always running so just dragging from the Top will give you the summary, also it gives a split up of data consumption by Apps. Hope it helps!!
Thanks Vithagan, will let you know how it goes

SS,
Urs sutta pazham or sudaatha pazham? means rooted or not? Rooted phones offer some extra ways to save battery, but even they can save max 5/10%
Batt life is something even iPhone users are worried of
Appo Android sollave Vendaam! Even Galaxy note which has 2500mAH is not enuf. Motorola RAZR Maxx is the one rare device with excellent batt!
That apart, apps like Juice Defender are the only ones to use! This app allows heavy customisation to save batt life
Very general suggestion is, try to charge via mains or via USB. Most of the time we are seated in stretch of 2/4 hours b4 lappy and so best thing is to connect to USB charging. Of course the irritation of removing everytime u get call/walk away from table etc... Another way is to buy a battery pack!
All these are general solution. To be specific means, Docter kitta solra maathiri, unga phone model, ennenna apps running in background, and how old it is, ithellaam sollunga

adhu madhiri onnu thaan battery pack ngara perla irukke, sakala vevaramaa post pannuvarnu nan vittutten
its a portable charger kinda thing - would be able to charge your phone thru 100% twice or thrice... costs around 40-50.
but surprised to see ur battery going out with jus the apps u mentioned, mine also drains quite a bit - but youtube/movies are the culprit for my side
