1) underwhelming to say the least..still couldn't fathom what the show was all about
2) all those sneak peeks to NEPV/Marudhanayagam song/his interactions with Hungary musicians.
3) Bosskey/Pazhani Bharathi/Parthiban in that order and all those fanboi qs which were merely scratching the surface and Vivek's usual intellect act.
4) Raaja playing the guitar/tune creation.
If they intent to tour other cities they better get people of some stature/those who worked with him on board..the show was going was nowhere with all those fanboi speaks and Raaja looking visibly uneasy with them singing his praises..for the impromptu session to work they could have least engaged TVG/BM and that could have ensued some discussion worth lending an ear or even an interaction between Raaja/his aasthana musicians on stage could have given the show some direction.

LOL at the mentoring initiative. Those things are best left to sooper singer types. And on the money part, he is going to receive a lot of flak from the media and the usual suspect karuthu kandhasaamis.

Apparently, a democracy is a place where numerous elections are held at great cost without issues and with interchangeable candidates.

+One...
...ill-advised move, IMHO.
I wonder if this is another benefit-match for the "now-job-deprived-but-loyal-old-team-members"...

Well, as I had earlier said, someone (either Raja or someone close to him) has discovered that 'Brand Raja' will sell. Once the marketing starts for selling a brand, you are bound to get some excellent initiatives and some weird initiatives. This sort of graded by money thing will also happen. We needn't be surprised. I am not too happy about it but I honestly believe every artist has the right to make money. So, though a bit uneasy, I would say it is Raja's choice on how he moves forward. For all said and done, he needs to take care of his and his family's future.
SKV,
I felt the same. Personally these sort of initiatives do not need Raja. I am sure there are different ways (concerts, conclaves etc) by which money can be made. Hope someone advises him to not get into such initiatives. Once people pay money, they will also crib. No stopping that. Last thing we want is damage to Raja's name.
