Besan laddu looks very yummy.Please post the recipe kuganka.
Am not getting scarmabled tofu here.how it will look? Am seeing only firm and soft tofu's here.
Can anyone please guide me in letting me know where can i get these crumbled tofu.

I had a mild stroke, recovering slowly.

I will post the recipe for the besan laddu soon.
Aarthii, there is nothing as scrambled tofu.
You have to buy the firm tofu, which will be like a square block.
You will have to break it up with a fork or using your hands.
That is called scrambled. I think you are asking to make the omelette.
You can even scramble the tofu and cook dishes.
I remember posting a scrambled tofu recipe.
I will find and repost it for you.
