    How about San Jose concert? I booked the ticket a week ago through ticketMaster. TM support desk is not even aware that the event is postponed. I repeatedly asked the support on whether this ticket will be valid for the new date. He said yes but confused it by saying that it will be a new order.

    And there is no cancellation for TM tickets. You can only exchange them. Arumai
