Thanks for the posting, I do recall meeting Durai Murugan many times especially on Sundays. Pachaiyappa's college gate will be closed on Sundays, the compound wall was very small he used to come inside by climbing the wall. Yes, 99% of what he says is correct. One of his relative [ name ilengersol?] was staying and studying in Pachaiyappas collge at that time. Further he was a regular visitor for almost every function [ mostly DMK function] but we created History which everyone said not possible, we made it possible. Isari Ganesan was elected as General Secretary during his 3rd year [1987-88]. The first thing once the result was made know to be by the Inspector of Police, Kilpauk Police station [ I had finished my college period by that time] was I got on top of the wall gate and waived AIADMK Flag. We are devotees of Ninaithadhai Mudippavar afterall. The important fact is many persons who were with me [excluding self] to achieve/create History were from DMK!
