Still no answer to my simple question, has the Government/Association constructed Manimandapam for any Actor, i.e. from Kittappa to SSR?

If they have constructed, then why this prolonged delay for construction one Memorial House for NT [It may cost approx. 1.2 crore only, land already given by the Government].
