People at various points of time had written about Vijay of Deivamagan and Marudu of Bale Pandiya including yours truly but if you ask whether it was a detailed write up on this characters, it was not. Vani Rani was an entirely different story. NT did it when CVR and Vanishree requested him to help out. Chankiya the original director of the film passed away during half stage and CVR took up the mantle from there.

The likes of Parthasarathy and Gopal would love to write about these characters and NT's depiction of the same.
