Oh very shocking. I pray God that the mom should be back to normal. sometimes i feel all these modern things for transport gives a lot of stress and cause serious injuries to life. you all take ur own time ur presence and attention r needed for those kids.

thanks PS Thamby for all the inputs. It is very useful for me. I would exercise rather to diet. I cant diet so I exercise. i definetly exercise 3 days a week but want to do 6 days a week.

tried dev's Drumstick leaves Curry :: Murungai keerai kulambu it was good but though added coconut the taste was bitter. dont know if its due to the leaves. i separate the drumstick leaves and roughly chop them. does the chopping gives the bitterness? should we chop or not chop the drumstick leaves?

Murungai leaves are an excellent source of Iron and Zinc. My Mum chops the leaves and makes sambal with it
. BTW avoid coconut and coconut milk, only tender coconut(Ilaneer) is good for you the rest is highly fattening!
