Excellent coverage of "BHARATHA VILAS' with woderful analysis and superb stills.

In your analysis you have covered each and every interesting points. As you told correctly, from beginning to end the movie goes very nicely without any boring scene. Every artist lend their share very very perfectly.

The whole Indian like this 'Bharatha Vila' much, especially Islamic friends. Do you know why..?.

Not for VKR done a roll as Muslim, not for adding some lines in the song about Muslims, BUT it was shown in the movie that, a Muslim youth (Hameed - Sasikumar) joined in the Indian Army and scrifice his life for the sake of the nation. Hats off to ACT. This is the real secularism.

Some months before veteran actress Rajasulochana (whom we lost recently) was giving interview for TV channel, in her background there were many victory shields behind her, one among them was Baharatha Vilas.

When the movie was released just one week before the release of Rajaraja Cholan, which was expected to spoil the success of Bharatha Vilas, but it stood strong because the stuff is there.

India has two National Anthms..

In Bengali 'Jana gana mana'
In Tamil 'Indhiya naadu en veedu'.

When he and manorama coming with suitcase to vacate the house, for shortage of money for his share, VKR casually on his own style "enna Naidu pottiyoda varrar. oruvelai panaththai pooraa sillaraiyaa maaththi kondu vandhuttaaraa?" (that is VKR).

another vayiru valikkum comedy by Vasu is the 'mid-night kottaan' scene, starting from that till he was attacked by his wife manorama with flower jar (when NT and Vasu covered their head with towel) we cant control our laugh. (Manorama's english to major "my, her two husbands missing")

Raghavendar sir mentioned about ACT's introduction of tall actors in his movies, he is the one introduced another tall actor villian vasandhakumar in Adhey Kangal.
