படிக்காத மேதை ரங்கன் மூடனுமல்ல ,உலகம் தெரியாதவனும் அல்ல. படத்தின் தலைப்பே சொல்வது போல formal education தர படாத ,transparency கொண்ட, நேரிடை சிந்தனை கொண்ட (no crookedness ), utility man என்று சொல்ல படும் நல்லவன் .(வெகுளி என்ற சொல்ல விரும்பினால் அது உங்கள் விருப்பம்)

பின்னாளில் பிரபலமான Emotional Intelligence (intelligence Quotient என்ற பிரபல மனித வள மதிப்பீட்டு முறைக்கு மாற்றானது) என்பதை ஒட்டி Forest Gump போன்ற படங்கள் 1990 களில் பிரபலம் அடைந்தது. ஆனால் 1960 இல் இதை நம் கே.எஸ்.ஜி, பீம்சிங் ,சிவாஜி இணைவு கொடுத்ததை நாம் அவசியம் பாராட்டியே ஆக வேண்டும்.

இதில் முக்கிய அம்சங்கள் -
Emotional Intelligence, or EI, describes an ability or capacity to perceive, assess, and manage the emotions of one's self, and of others.* EQ, or Emotional Quotient, is how one measures Emotional Intelligence.*

Impulse Control- Delay his own gratification by allowing others ahead on priority.
Self Awareness-Understand his own moods and Emotions .
Self Management-More Action and utility oriented.
Social Awareness- Ability to connect and develop Rapport with new people.
Relationship Management-Understand other's emotions and treat them as they wish to be treated.(Empathy)

பல ஆய்வுகள் நடத்தி ,மனிதர்களின் திறனை,வாழ்க்கையில் அடைய போகும் உயரங்களை வெற்றிகளை நிர்ணயிக்க IQ போதுமானதல்ல என்று கண்டு பின்னாளில் develop ஆனா ஒரு concept EQ . ஆனால் நமக்கு சிவாஜியின் வழி 1960 இலேயே கிடைத்தது. நம் இனம் அதை புரிந்து ஆதரித்ததா என்பது வேறு. ஆனால் 1960 யின் அதிக பட்ச வசூலை கொடுத்தது தமிழகம்.

நடிகர்திலகத்தின் நடிப்பிலேயே மிக மிக சிறந்த படங்களில் ஒன்று. பாத்திரத்தை மிக மிக துல்லியமாக புரிந்து கொண்டு நூல் பிடித்து accurate ஆக ரசிக்கும் படி கலை நுட்பத்துடன் பின்னியிருப்பார்.(What a Spontaneity???)
