what is the relevance of the title with respect to the film, have seen the film (watched it very long ago) but could not get the context of the title... not sure if I missed it in the film........

At one stage, all those who were related to each other will miss each other for a long time. The title conveys the feeling of each character as to how they feel about whom they miss ! Each of them thinks, Paarthaal Pasitheerum !
