No one is making movies to fail. Everyone makes movies with the hope that a lot of people will see. That said, KH makes movies on his own terms -- movies that are different from each other (even from his own earlier movies) and subjects that he likes and feels will be appreciated by others. He is making more movies these days because he has (finally) understood that as he gets older, it is better to make 2-3 movies per year rather than a movie every 2 years. This has been the wish of every KH fan for a number of years now. He is finally implementing it and is a happy move for everyone. What needs to be understood is that he is playing to his strength and showing his versatility. Not many can say that - they are boxed into a typical hero versus villain masala which we have seen many times over.
