I have proud memories of how Vishu, Christmas, Onam and other festivals were celebrated by all the people, all communities! I am very happy that those sentiments still continue!

I meant that in a very nice way vElan! Those pictures give me the urge to eat it all, but I can't get any of that stuff where I am... That's the punishment!

The best thing is to cook... most of the time I cook, because I cannot get dishes to my taste.... even simple things like uppumaa - I like mine not clumpy and not oily - quite impossible to get this outside, so I cook

I wish I could do that! Making a cup of tea using tea bags is the best I can do! I have tried other things, but haven't been very successful so far! I come to your cooking thread at times and have experimented on a few things but decided not to push it!
