What a shame!

As even an external person can easily discern, Kozhikkode (aka Calicut) is so clean. And it is only 4 hours bus journey from ukkadam (Cbe).

What stops our officials (& political bigwigs) of Cbe to go there, study and implement the methods here? And, the budget of Cbe should be a much better / comfortable one while the population / quality of people etc are not great negatives either.

Where is the will?
