Thankyou so much for the lovely song priya. Ive never listened to this song and its "instant hit" for me, got etched immediately. I have marked this in my top favourite list now. Thankyou. IR's magic happens everytime.

This, however is not the song I wanted :sigh: The movie had someone similar to suman (or may be one of the alaigaL oivathillai young boy, who also acted in "odangaL") clad in pattu dhothi, probably has thambura or some instrument in his hand (not sure about htis) his friends also i think clad in veshti sitting behind him. He sings the song just outside the premises of temple, under nice green trees, vast field of grassland . Heroine walk past them, (i think alone) and they sing something similar to call her "goddess or devi," and to mean "unakku naan thavam irukken".

thanks to my memory which remembers all this, but the song.

The song I mentioned has hero and his friends sitting on open-air vast grassfield, near a temple (I think malai mela irukara kovil mathiri varum) They are not as famous as suman and radhika. Edho munna pinna athigam theriyaatha oru lead pair.

vacha paarvai awesome too....wow suman...soooo (evlo "o" podarathu) handsome....sigh! ennavo ponga!!!...

Shathiprabha: I think I know that song you are referring to (thoNdai-la nikkudhu, I'll find it soon. eppO-nu theriyaadhu ).. if OdangaL is a solid clue. Is it a mIsai illadha one film wonder hero (most probably blue shirt) and some heroine (most probably blue dress in one of the sandhams) dancing/singing...
