I pierced my nose when it was an in thing-at a time when non-Indians were going all out to pierce while the Indians were shying away from it saying it made them look 'traditional'.
Being a rebel of sorts, I went with a group of girlfriends (just short of few months before my finals) and got the deed done. Heck, even my family was surprised.

I plan to get my nose pierced. Which is the safe method? Needle or gunshot? I am told gunshot is better for ears than nose.
