    Karthik does not have the *presence* and that is why. I like Karthik but he sounds jaded in both the songs from NEPV. Anyway I hope the CD version is better.

    Based on just kaattrai konjam, I don't think this album will be as big a hit as VTV/VA for GPM. The song is not very accessible for modern yooth.

    Lets not undermine our modern youth . I know a person from my office ( 22/23) is mad abt Raaja . Media has created this buzz & perception of modern youth in Ads . But they are exposed to all world music these days and i feel they may appreciate this more .


    Aside , i feel (now) the lyrics is quite apt for a person who is on a travel to search his GF - simple , without too much poetry -
