Dinesh, Go here http://ark.intel.com/ Once you have finalized 2 or 3 i3/i5/i7 based models u can compare their CPUs here.

There is an opinion that there actually is not much diff btw 2nd & 3rd gen.

(1st gen is a diff case, for ex, i7 1st gen has some very simple CPU which is uncmparable with the 2nd & 3rd gen i7 So leave out 1st gen)

Also, some 2nd Gen i5 ones are almost similar to 3rd gen i3 CPUs. Either jump into the well and search nook & corner or else consider friends/others comments in Flipkart/ThinkDigit etc..

skv. Last week went to Ritchie Street for buying a laptop i5 / >=4GB ram/750GB ~ 1TB hdd /Free-Dos or Win7. I received so many pamphlets there and i was confused on seeing different specs for a single processor. Kadakkaaranta ketta ethetho sonnan. I was not totally convinced. Reverse vanthutaen. Now I am alasi aarainjing as to which one would be suitable for me. Budget 40-45K. Suggest seiyungal..

varum/varanum..also around the same time Samsung will refresh their lineup in India by introducing MBP inspired 7 series so 3/5 series price will comedown so it makes sense to wait for a month or so.

If i connect a graphics card which has hdmi port, can i bring the screen display in sony tv which has hdmi input?

if the movie is downloaded seperately and subtitle is downloaded seperately..
the movie running time and subtitle running time is same but running difference of 'x' mins....

so how to co-relate tis two...i knw there is a setting..bt i fotget..
like to knw for VLC player and Media classic player...
