After all, Naayagan made good profits no? Also kamal, most of the times when the movie he did for others didn't do well, he had compensated. Just think now that even bg stars big budget films are continuously flopping. Art Film eduthu flop panna koodaathunnaa commercial aa eduthaalum Flop aachunnaa enna solveenga?!? And if producers like Muktha knew what will sell and what will not, why can't they themselves direct and create blockbusters?!
Yes Cinema is a Business, but it is not Business only.
Above all, if ppl are talking dumb like this for a movie like Naayagan which succeeded BOTH commercially and critically(touched the ballpark of what maximum an indian Cinema can achieve) then i have no words
