It's written by our own Mr. Murali Srinivas. Once I started reading various statistics and the way it was written with clear facts and figures, I guessed it should be Mr. Murali. At the end when I read about Madurai Thangam and his e-mail id, I found it's our beloved Mr. Murali Srinivas.
