Matured coconut is highly fattening and can increase your risk of high choloestrol! Avoid anything with Coconut. High fattening products also gives you heart burn! If you wish to consume such items, it is better to consume warm water after meals, the temperature of water you drink should be around the same as your body temp (between 36-37) Degrees Celcius. This helps your digesstion, drinking cold water or fruit juices directly after meal slos down digestion , which in turns slows down your metabolism, resulting in fat accumulation! This is why when Dr prescribe you drugs, they tell you to take it with warm water, as it helps the digestion!
The Blood group diet is something I am hearing for the first time, I guess it must be true given the fact every living organism has a unique DNA. It is more difficult for ladies to loose weight than men, simply becuse the hormones found in females (estrogen) burns less fat compared to the hormone (testerone) found in men. This testorone promotes muscle growth in men, the more muscles you have in your body, the higher your metabolic rate would be.
