Good. I am seeing Aggression ,perceiverance , commitment but strategy can be improved by not creating multiple hostility, poor in conciliation&Concession to conclude the deal.Communication is murky and not clear.
Can not be promoted immediately but a good material and future potential. This year increment is denied.
