You took one decision just few seconds back of No increment for the current year !

Now...you go back on your decision and ask for a sorry and say sacked due to insubordination etc., etc., without understanding and by just underestimating the revenue generation resource of a company. Please be reminded that your salary is also getting paid only because of the existing sales force and you have no rights to sack especially someone who is not reporting to you. Do not misuse your powers even though you may be a senior.

That's precisely why I judged you earlier that you are not able to assess a person and just taking everything and everyone for granted..

See...You proved it within minutes !

Company cannot tolerate such unstable decision maker at Senior Position...So...it is better you forward your resignation and make way for those who work for job satisfaction and not just only for increments !

Had I worked for your home you have every right to deny me an increment or taking decision on sustainment..But, Fortunately, I work for an organization that is well known, reputed, respected across globe and always growing in millions called Nadigar Thilagam...!

If I am not curious ,what is your profession?

I think the first equation is incorrect. If x's is and smaller than x and y then x' can not be equal to x+y/2 unless y is negative which is not possible in real life.
