Dear Mr. Dhanusu,
Thanks for welcoming me into this great thread of NT. I have joined this great thread more than a month ago and enjoying my stint here and will continue to do so.
I am also delighted to note that you have posted your thread after a long time. I have seen a lot of your postings in the 2nd and 3rd thread (if I'm right) and amazed at the way you have been giving details of the greatest thespian.
As regards "Gnana Oli", no one, (not necessarily an NT Fan) can conclude his/her posting without mentioning the "Silver Tumbler" scene. The rocking style of NT actually starts from the moment he enters the house of Saradha (Jaya Kousalya will bow at the entrance to pick some thing when NT enters and as a coincidence, Jaya Jousalya will be touching his feet.) From that moment till the completion of the scene, NT will dominate the proceedings with style flowing from his entire body (eyes, the way in which he enters with his walk, staring at Major till removing his gloves and subtly laughing at Major in retaliation).
I have also covered many other outstanding scenes comprising NT's extraordinary acting, in the second half of the movie. I am in the process of transliterating the same in Tamil, which is taking time, due to my official preoccupation. I hope to post it ASAP, and make everybody including me to enjoy the same, because the Joy of thinking, referring, feeling, sharing and discussing about NT itself (apart from seeing him perform), is the ultimate joy for any of his Fan.
Regards,
R. Parthasarathy
