No, absolutely nothing wrong with remakes. I did not say he always comes up with original plot - that is your interpretation. I said he does movies in his own terms and makes very different choices. Movies that are different and yet strike the mark in terms of box office, most times. Even Uttama Villain which did not do so well at the box office was quite refreshing, imo. Regarding Vishwaroopam, you are correct in that it is also a hero story but its context and execution was very different. Something like Enthiran which was different and enjoyable. Frankly, if KH is able to make 2-3 movies per year, it would truly be a golden period. He can then afford to try even more, different things.
